Note: Khayat is currently free to use. However, we reserve the right to implement a monetization model in the future which may include subscription plans or advertisement requirements for certain features.

Add, edit, and remove customer profiles with comprehensive details including name, contact information, and address.

Create and manage orders for each customer with detailed specifications including measurements, fabric, color, and payment status.

Securely share customer and order information with other users through QR code scanning functionality.

Monitor loans, payments, and outstanding balances for each customer and order.

User Accounts

To use Khayat, you must register for an account by providing accurate information including your name, email address, shop name, phone number, and physical address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Application Access Options

Free Tier

Currently, Khayat is completely free to use. All features are available without any cost.

Future Subscription Model

We may introduce a monthly subscription package that provides full access to all features without advertisements. Subscriptions will be managed by the application admin via WhatsApp.

Advertising Model

In the future, certain operations (adding/editing customers or orders) may require watching a Unity advertisement to perform the action. This will provide access without a subscription.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use Khayat only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all customer and order information entered into the system
  • You must not use Khayat to store or process sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for tailoring services
  • When sharing data via QR codes, you are responsible for ensuring proper consent from customers

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Khayat, including its design, features, and content, are owned by the application developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the application for its intended purpose.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Khayat at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

Khayat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including any loss of data or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Khayat after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
